SHIPPING & HANDLING
PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
We adore our Chic customers and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any item that may have got beat up during shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
To be eligible for a return, please email email@example.com. Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
When will my order ship?
Our products usually –key word usually – ship within 7-14 BUSINESS days (M-F & does not include weekends or holidays) after processing! But, if we have some impromptu promotion or a new launch, shipping could take a bit longer so be patient my friend!! Please also keep in mind that during the holidays, shipping times may vary.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as available. These will process once we receive them in stock. After that, delivery time within the United States is 7-14 days, and 21-45 business days internationally. We promise not to forget about you!
We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
Fee for domestic, all states within the USA, calculated at checkout as USPS rates fluctuate.
International shipping charges vary (though we will try to find most affordable option for you).
Orders can be tracked using our tracking email after your purchase.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
My order shipped, when will it reach me?!
All of our beloved packages are sent via the USPS, so delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days after processing. Orders outside the USA can take 21-45 business days.
We adore our Chic customers and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any item that may have got beat up during shipping if you contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
If you have a damaged item please contact customer service and we will get it resolved ASAP! Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind. Replacement items can only be replaced with the originally purchased item.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
It looks like you charged me twice for my order. Help!
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold exclusively online at sschicboutique.com. We do not sell wholesale, nor do we authorize the resale of our products.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries worldwide, excluding China and Turkey. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duties and fees.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates outside of the United States are determined by the weight and destination of your final order.
How come my product doesn't have any labels or extravagant packaging?
We are so glad you noticed! We purposely decided to not spend extra money on packaging for our products because that is another area we feel we can cut costs, and give what would spend on packaging to worthy causes. We also feel that by having nothing makes our products vulnerable to only their amazing formulas, and we hope it helps you enjoy them more. But don't worry, once we expand we plan to create a very memorable and collaborative set with you as our #1 contributor.
Are your products cruelty-free? Are they vegan?
All of our products are 100% cruelty-free. And we do have some products that are vegan, just look for the tags :)
How do I know which organizations are partners?
You will find the information on our partners in the about us section on our website. We are always expanding and looking for new organizations that help to do amazing work for our world. If you know of one, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is given?
For every product purchased, a monetary donation or supply will be given to that organization. If you are interested in helping during our volunteering campaigns, send us an email at email@example.com for more information on how to sign up.
Can I choose which organization to give to?
If you want to purchase a product that doesn't represent the cause in which you want to support, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
